RockSchool Returns!
In 1998 Allegro formed it’s first rock band made up of our very own music students. Over the next 12 years our bands performed at local clubs and festivals including several trips to play on the big stages at the Taste of Chicago. We are excited to bring back this great experience for our students. Want to join us for the fun?
How it Works: Each session is 10 weeks. You will rehearse with your band for 90 minutes each week. Learning how to play with other musicians; how to work up a set of music to perform; what to do onstage to make an exciting show and most importantly… you will have fun playing in a rock band on local stage with sound and lights for all of your family and friends.
Who is it for: All Allegro musicians and singers 7 years old and up.
